Order Terms & Conditions for Wedding Stationery

It is recommended that invites are sent out a least 2 months before the wedding obviously this is personal choice and it may be advised to send invites out earlier especially if a wedding is in the summer months.
Please allow 6 weeks from order placed to when you would like the order delivered. If an order is required before this 6 week period please enquire as this may be possible.  There is no minimum order amount.  It is advisable to order a few extra in case of any writing errors.
When the order is placed you will need to provide all text as soon as possible for your inserts.  Proofs will be provided which must be checked carefully, as once printing has commenced there will be an additional charge for any changes.   
Please be aware that some hymns do have copyrights if so permission must be obtained before a hymn can be printed and a fee may be required.  It is your responsibility to obtain permission.
A deposit of 25% of the total order value is required when placing the order the balance being paid once your stationery is ready for dispatch. Payment can be made by cheque to V Maycey and sent to 53 Fanton Chase Wickford, Essex SS11 8QX or by bank transfer please ask for details how to pay by bank transfer or by debit or credit card.
If work has commenced on your stationery the 25% deposit is non-refundable.  If work has been completed you will be ask to pay the full amount.
All items of stationery are individually handmade therefore a slight variation may occur.  It is advisable to order all stationery together to help eliminate any variation in colour and design. Please note that the designs are not suitable for young children due to small parts.  All orders are subject to stock availability, you will be advised as soon as possible if there is any problem with stock levels and if so you can choose an alternative or cancel your order and your deposit will be refunded.
Orders are delivered by Royal Mail or via Courier a signature will be required upon delivery. Postal charges are calculated by weight and size of the order and will not be calculated until the order is completed.  An estimated price will be given at the time of placing the order.  An email or phone call will be made to advise you that the stationery has been sent. Orders can be collected. 
In the event of a complaint please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
